Electronic cigarette or e-cigarette is a better alternative to tobacco cigarettes, which deliver real nicotine in a form that simulates smoking. When ‘smoking’ an e-cigarette there is no secondhand smoke and no smoke at all, what you see is harmless water vapor which quickly dissipates while giving the illusion of smoke. There are no harmful chemicals in e-cigarettes other than a carefully measured dose of nicotine. The smoker receives all the nicotine on inhale, and exhales a little harmless steam.
