Why switch to using electronic cigarettes?

Non smokers often ask, why switch to e-cigarettes? Why don’t you just quit. 90% of today’s smokers have tried to quit. Many of us have tried really hard, but in the end whether we were able to stop for six days, six weeks six months or six years, eventually we returned to smoking, because we ended up getting stressed, giving in and starting back. Most people who have been addicted to nicotine experience at least occasional nicotine cravings no matter how long they have been smoke free.

Nicotine withdrawal is very unpleasant. It is one of the most difficult addictions to give up, because the main symptom of withdrawal is extreme somatic stress. Before the anti smoking movement over half of the adult population smoked. Today 25 percent of Americans smoke. Most people who have not quit by now, smoke because they haven’t been able to quit. Some people use e-cigarettes to gradually quit smoking or using e-cigarettes, while others are quite satisfied with simply switching to safer, more economical e-cigarettes.
